Walking into Family Court without professional representation can feel overwhelming. I provide direct, one-to-one support before, during and after your hearing, helping you arrive organised, properly prepared and clear about the position you want to present.

 

Before the hearing, we will review the case, identify the important issues, organise your evidence and documents, and develop a clear plan for the day.

 

I can attend court alongside you as your McKenzie Friend - keeping your documents organised, taking detailed notes and providing guidance and advice as the hearing develops. My role is to help ensure that you can participate fully, follow what is happening and communicate your position clearly, without feeling silenced, humiliated or intimidated by the process.

 

Afterwards, I will help you understand what was decided, what the order requires and what needs to happen next.

 

You remain in control of your case, but you do not have to face the court process alone.
