Who I Am
Representing yourself in the Family Court can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face the process alone.
My role as a McKenzie Friend is to provide practical support, guidance, and reassurance to people navigating family court proceedings without a solicitor. I assist clients with preparing their case, understanding the process, and approaching hearings with greater confidence.
Every case is different, and my aim is to offer clear, supportive guidance so you can feel more prepared at each stage of your proceedings.

Child Arrangements
Whether you are making an application or responding to one, I can support you throughout the process. From completing court forms and preparing statements to developing your case strategy and attending hearings, I provide practical guidance to help you present your case clearly and confidently.

I help you organise your financial information, prepare disclosure, complete the required court documents and present your financial position clearly. I can also assist with preparing settlement proposals, position statements and the information the court requires at each stage of the proceedings.
Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
Applications for protective orders often move quickly and require immediate action. I can assist with preparing applications or responses, drafting witness statements, organising evidence and providing support before and during court hearings.
