Case Review.

One of the most valuable services I provide is a Case Review. Many people going through the Family Court feel unsure about their paperwork, their position, or how strong their case really is. A Case Review gives you a clear, independent perspective and helps you prepare with confidence.

What is a Case Review?

A Case Review is a detailed look at your situation, your documents, and where you currently stand in the Family Court process. I assess your paperwork, highlight strengths and weaknesses, and give you practical suggestions to help you move forward.

You send me your court documents and we arrange a convenient time and date for a video meeting.

What’s Included

  • Review of your court orders, statements, and key documents.

  • Feedback on the strengths of your case and areas that may need more evidence or clarification.

  • Suggestions for how to present your case clearly and effectively.

  • Guidance on next steps, including what to expect at upcoming hearings.

  • A written summary (or a meeting with notes) that you can refer back to. Why Clients Find It Useful

  • Clarity – You’ll know exactly where you stand and what needs attention.

  • Confidence – You’ll feel better prepared for your hearing.

  • Value – It’s a cost-effective way to get a professional review without paying solicitor fees.

  • Flexibility – You can use it as a one-off service or as a starting point for ongoing support.

  •

Fees

Case Reviews are charged at a one off fixed fee of £80.
